Do the POS systems come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our point of sale products come with a standard 3 year manufacturer warranty that includes 2 day replacement. Please see the warranty information by clicking the warranty link located in the "Downloads" section next to the product images.
What is the difference between a touch monitor and a touch computer (PC)?
Touch computers are called "All-in-one". This means that the entire computer system is housed in the touch screen unit. Touch monitors do not have a PC built in the unit. Touch monitors need to be connected to a computer to work.
Can I also use a mouse and keyboard with a touch screen system?
Yes. You can always use a mouse and keyboard by connecting them to an available USB port. It is always a good idea to have a mouse and keyboard stored as a backup way to use your computer.
How do the cash drawers and printers work with a touch PC or touch monitor?
Cash drawers and printers simply plug into the designated ports on the system. Drivers are then installed on the computer to make a connection to the devices. Once everything is connected, you POS software will tell the cash drawer and printer when to function based on your POS software settings.
